This concentrates the apple flavour which is further accentuated by blending the fruitiest vintages and ageing them in century-old oak barrels. Colour: Delicate, light amber yellow. Nose: Well developed fresh apple aroma. Palate: Straight-forward and distinct fruity flavour pleasing to all palates.
