Limonata Soda – 275 ml

At Eataly, we don’t just believe in any water, we believe in Lurisia, which bottles its mineral water directly from the source, Fonte Santa Barbara di Lurisia, at the base of the western Alps in the region of Piemonte. Exceptionally balanced, it is refreshing on its own and makes the perfect base for Lurisia’s line of sparkling sodas.

This lemonade is made with extract of three kind of lemon blossoms: its taste is very flowery and less acidic than regular . Great in cocktails with vodka. PS: This is different than the LURISIA GAZZOSA you may already know: gazzosa is made with the juice of Sfusato lemon from Amalfi coast, LIMONATA is made with blossoms.

Ingredients: Water, Cane sugar, Lemon juice [12%], Orange juice, Carbon dioxide, Extract of the three lemon blooms, Acerola juice, Natural flavors.
